Refund policy
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange Policy

- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the exchange credit. You may use the prepaid return label provided, or you can ship the item back at your own expense.

One-Time Discount Code:
- After your return is approved, you will receive a one-time discount code equal to the value of the original item (minus return shipping costs). The code will be sent via email and text message and can be used to reorder the correct item.
- Please note that the code is valid for a single use and must be applied to the new purchase.
